Valerian-Hops Oral Drops

1ml of oral tincture contains:

Valerian root tincture 0.5ml

Hops strobile tincture 0.5ml

Valerian root extract (valeriana officinalis L.), Hops strobile tincture (Humulus Iupulus L.) Extraction solvent: Ethanol

For Sleep:

Adults and the elderly to aid sleep: Take 30 drops in a little water or fruit juice half an hour before bedtime.

For Daytime stress

Adults and the elderly to aid sleep: Take 10-20 drops in a little water or fruit juice half an hour before bedtime.
