Based on your answers we suggest L-Theanine or CBD Oil!
L-theanine & Lemon Balm
L-theanine helps calm anxiety by increasing levels of calming neurotransmitters like GABA, serotonin, and dopamine in the brain, promoting relaxation without drowsiness. It also blocks excitatory stimuli, reducing the brain's stress response and fostering a more tranquil state of mind.
L-theanine is a unique non-protein amino acid found in green tea. Studies have found that L-theanine blocks glutamate from binding to cells in the brain. L-theanine also affects other neurotransmitters, increasing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), dopamine and serotonin levels while decreasing levels of norepinephrine. These combined chemical changes may calm brain activity, promote positive feelings and reduce anxiety.

Several studies of the effects of L-theanine on brain activity have found that L-theanine at doses ranging from 50 to 200 milligrams increases alpha brain waves. Alpha brain waves are the most prevalent brain waves in people who are relaxed yet awake.
The addition of lemon balm also helps in increasing GABA levels, which are responsible for reducing neuronal activity and preparing the body for a restful sleep. Analysis has shown that rosmarinic acid, which is highly concentrated in fresh lemon balm and lemon balm extract, is the major compound responsible for the GABA activity of this herb.
CBD Oil
CBD (cannabidiol) is a compound derived from the hemp plant that has been seen to assists with chronic pain and mental Health.
We don’t have any products to show here right now.
Unlike THC, another well-known cannabinoid, CBD does not have any mind-altering effects. CBD actually appears to counteract the psychotropic “high” effects of THC.

CBD works by interacting with one of the body's own regulatory system called the endocannabinoid system (ECS). We have endocannabinoid receptors almost everywhere in the body and it is part of our nervous system. We find them most abundantly in the brain but also in the gut.

The ECS plays an essential role in keeping the body within a narrow range of operating conditions and controls important functions like mood, memory, stress, sleep, behaviour, appetite, pain, immune function and reproductive health. In the body we naturally produce chemical substances called endocannabinoids which binds to the endocannabinoid receptors and regulate all the above functions. CBD can also bind to these receptors and active the ECS, thereby regulating the same functions.
