Based on your answers we suggest Boswellia.

Boswellia

Boswellia, also known as Indian frankincense, is an extract derived from the Boswellia serrata tree, which grows in parts of Asia and Africa. It is a herbal remedy commonly used in Ayurveda, one of the world's oldest natural healing systems. A key benefit of Boswellia is it has few interactions with other medications.

Boswellia is rich in boswellic acids, which are believed to have anti-inflammatory effects. These properties have been studied for their benefits in treating osteoarthritis. Research indicates that Boswellia supplementation can significantly reduce pain and immobility associated with osteoarthritis, with effects manifesting in as little as one week.

Due to its anti-inflammatory effects, studies also suggest that Boswellia could improve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and certain asthma symptoms.
